原意一体式生物质热风炉是目前*先进、高效节能的热风供应系统，4个炉膛，循环4个回程燃烧，热效率达到95%，炉顶外置冷风机冷却炉膛及热交换器外表面，增加热能使用效率，出风温度*高可达240℃，烟囟温度在120℃以内，比燃油、燃气热风炉节能50%～75%，比传统的燃煤热风炉要节能20%～30%，采用生物质颗粒燃料为能源，在密闭系统内完成直接燃烧、气化燃烧、旋风除尘，出风口为纯净风，尾气排放完全符合低碳排放环保标准，高效节能。

燃烧特点：

①、无焦油废水等各种废物弃物排放，采用高温燃气直接燃烧技术，焦油等以气态的形式直接燃烧解决了生物质气化焦油含量高的技术难题。

②、无污染、环保、效益明显，本炉采用低温分段燃烧技术，烟气中氮的氧化物、二氧化硫、灰尘等排放低，是燃油炉、煤炉的*佳替代品。

③、燃烧完全，效率高，沸腾式半气化燃烧加切线旋流配风设计，使得燃料燃烧高效，完全，燃烧效率可达92%以上，出火口温度可达1000℃，火焰速度可达4米/秒，可连续24小时不间断工作。

二、 生物质燃烧安全操作指导

为了保证生物质燃烧炉安全正常运行，需按照以下操作规则进行操作：

1、 启动

①、 燃烧炉启动前，应清理上次炉底积碳灰，在料箱加足燃料

②、 打开电源开关，将料闸打开，启动循环风机后启动送料电机

③、 用废手套或使用过的碎布浸少量柴油或其它易燃溶液放于上炉门口(点火口)，点火后用掏灰耙把点燃后的废手套或碎布推入炉膛内。

④、 启动鼓风机、烟囱排烟引风机

2、 运行

①、 初次使用时应设定所需温度上限

②、 根据用户燃料消耗量规律适当添加燃料，确保设备正常运行

③、 燃烧炉在燃烧时，严禁打开上、下炉门

④、 每班要巡查3～5次，检查料箱内燃料量，料箱内不宜一次性加料过多(建议以4～5包为宜)，以免造成燃料挤压过紧不下料而降温。

3、 停炉

①、停炉前30分钟必须关闭料斗下方的料闸，30分钟后依次按下“送料电机停机”、“鼓风机停机”、“循环风机停机”及“烟囱抽风机停机”，*后按下“安全停机”即可(机器在继续运转至所设定的时间会自行停机)。

②、热风炉必须每3天清理一次积碳灰(打开炉顶的3个门盖)，以免造成散热风管的堵塞，至使燃烧炉内的热量散不出去，长期的高温燃烧会烧坏炉膛及热风炉
